The Porto, also known as Invicta, is one of the most visited cities in Europe.
We will visit the historic centre and the main avenue, Avenida dos Aliados. Passing through the Paços do Concelho, following a trip through Praça da Batalha and Rua de Santa Catarina to visit the famous Majestic Cafe. We will stop for a visit to the splendid São Bento Station and to the Cathedral. Crossing the Ponte Luis I, we will be in Vila Nova de Gaia. Here we visit the Serra do Pillar Monastery and the Porto Wine cellars with time to taste this famous wine. We follow the busy Ribeira with a stop to visit the Casa do, Infante. We will pass by the Church of San Francisco, Palácio da Bolsa, Clérigos Tower, and the nearby Carmo Church and Carmelite Church. Finally, we will go to the place where the Douro River joins the Sea. In the Foz do Douro River, we continue the journey to Castelo de Quejo, ending the tour with a visit to Casa da Música.
